LeedBooks is a product and trade name operated by The Lead Standard LLC. When these terms say “LeedBooks,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” they refer to The Lead Standard LLC and its LeedBooks product unless the context says otherwise.
Use of LeedBooks
LeedBooks provides bookkeeping software, automation, AI-assisted review, alerts, and related workflows. Users are responsible for reviewing important financial decisions before applying them.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Access may be limited or suspended if the platform is misused.
Bookkeeping decisions
AI suggestions, rules, reports, and due diligence notes are support tools. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should review outputs before relying on them.
Connected services
Bank feeds, email, Telegram, payment, and AI providers may be used to operate the product. Availability can depend on those providers.
Payments
Subscription terms, usage limits, support levels, and managed services will be described at signup or in a separate agreement. Fees may vary by plan, usage, and support needs.
Acceptable use
Do not use LeedBooks to break the law, access data you do not own, attack the service, scrape private data, or interfere with other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LeedBooks is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses related to use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
