Fix billing and signup issues

Signup should create access only after the payment flow is complete enough to activate the workspace.

Signup flow

The normal flow starts when a user picks a plan, enters basic details, and continues through checkout.

Core AI may use a trial flow. Growth and Managed AI may go straight to paid checkout depending on the offer.

Company name matters

The company name entered during signup is used to prepare the workspace name after successful payment. Use the real business name instead of a personal nickname.

Pick Core AI, Growth, or Managed AI.

Enter details

Provide contact and company information.

Complete payment

Finish checkout so the workspace can be activated.

Workspace activation

The workspace should become active after successful payment or a valid trial setup.

That prevents abandoned checkout forms from creating usable unpaid accounts.

Unfinished checkout

If checkout is abandoned, the user may have entered details but not have an active workspace yet.

In that state, login may be blocked or redirected until billing is completed. This is expected. Finish checkout or contact support if the wrong plan was selected.

What to check

If a user cannot access the app after signup, check:

  • The selected plan.
  • Whether checkout was completed.
  • Whether the company name and email were entered correctly.
  • Whether the subscription or trial is active.
  • Whether the user is trying to log in with the same email used at signup.
