Fix Telegram alert issues
Telegram alerts are designed to be helpful, not noisy. Delivery depends on setup, timezone, the business-hours window, and daily limits.
Delivery window
LeedBooks sends proactive Telegram alerts during business hours for the user's timezone.
The current window is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If the AI finds something at night, the alert should wait until the next allowed window instead of interrupting the user late.
If a message does not arrive outside business hours, that is usually intentional. The work is still available in the dashboard.
Messages are limited to the business-hours window.
The window uses the configured business timezone.
Low-priority alerts stop after the daily cap is reached.
Timezone
Open Settings and confirm the business timezone.
The timezone controls when Telegram messages are allowed and how daily limits reset. If the timezone is wrong, alerts may feel early, late, or paused at the wrong time.
Daily limit
LeedBooks limits proactive Telegram messages per day.
If the daily limit is reached, lower-priority summaries wait until the next day. Important review work is still visible in the AI page, review queue, and task approval areas.
What to check
If Telegram does not behave as expected, check:
- Telegram is enabled in settings.
- The account is linked to the correct chat.
- The business timezone is correct.
- The current time is inside the delivery window.
- The daily limit has not already been reached.
- The work is not simply waiting for dashboard review.
